Shipping to USA

The shipping cost is shown on the checkout page once you have selected  USA as your shipping destination. Large or bulky items will incur an extra charge on shipping. This extra charge will only be applied once on each order.

 

Due to international shipping regulations, it is not possible to ship Lithium Batteries to USA.

Shipping Terms

While every effort is made to ensure the availability of products and to fulfil all orders, Irish Music Gifts cannot guarantee the availability of any product displayed on the Site. Irish Music Gifts reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any good or service listed on this Site at any time without notice. 

Our goal is to maintain a completely accurate Site. In the event that price or other errors are discovered, we will promptly correct them and the amended provision will apply. Irish Music Gifts reserves the right to change or amend prices or promotional offers at any time without notice.

All Goods will be dispatched via DPD Ireland or An Post (or An Post to USA) and will require a signature upon Delivery. Please contact us should you require a tracking number for your consignment.

For our EU Customers we provide an effective delivery service to all countries within the EU and offer a competitive 4-7 working day time frame.

Our goal is to ship all orders received before 12pm next day for next on the following working day delivery in Ireland/Northern Ireland. During busy periods we may not be able to maintain these goals but will ship all orders as soon as possible.

Irish Music Gifts reserve the right to cancel orders which are to be shipped to freight forwarding companies.

Returns Policy

Backorders

Whilst Irish Music Gifts carries a large stock there will be occasions when the item you order will be temporarily out of stock. We will notify you by e-mail or by phone, if this occurs and you will have two choices:

• If you wish to proceed with the order we will offer you alternative products

• If you wish to receive a refund we will immediately process this and issue a refund through your credit card.

Returns

Irish Music Gifts will not accept returns for any used item unless it is defective. You may return new items within 28 days of purchase. 

Online Order returns can take up to 2 weeks to be processed. All shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Gift Cards

Gift cards and vouchers are non refundable. Gift cards and vouchers can only be redeemed at irishmusicgifts.com. Gift cards/vouches may be used in full or part for purchases at irishmusicgifts.com. Gift cards and vouchers can not be exchanged for cash.

Warranty

All items purchased from Irish Music Gifts are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty policy. Decisions regarding the replacement of defective items will be taken by the representative of the manufacturer and not Irish Music Gifts.

Items which prove to be defective within 30 days of purchase will be picked up from you free of charge and a replacement item shipped to you free of charge, provided the manufacturer's representative agrees that the equipment is defective.

After 30 days has expired you are responsible for the shipping fees incurred in returning the equipment to Irish Music Gifts. Again, once it has been determined that the product is defective the item will be replaced or repaired in accordance with the manufacturer's policy. Irish Music Gifts will then ship the replaced / repaired item to you free of charge.

Additional Information

While Irish Music Gifts will endeavour to meet our delivery estimates, Irish Music Gifts cannot guarantee delivery within these time frames.

We are not obliged to supply the goods until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and all products are supplied subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply any item ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Gift Vouchers are now either being delivered by courier which requires a signature upon delivery or by email when you have ordered Email Voucher. Preference is selected during online checkout.

Title to the goods will only pass when delivery is acknowledged by a valid signature from a member of your household who is 18 years or over.
